Any worker can join the union, regardless of their political or religious views. They only have to accept our associative agreement and respect the decisions made in assembly.
CNT is an independent organization that unites workers without qualifications. To preserve this independence, members of political parties or religious organizations cannot use the union as a forum in which to promote those organizations and cannot hold offices.
CNT does not allow people who cannot consider themselves workers such as businessmen, those who live off their property rents or their investments, executives, top managers, politicians holding office in the administration, etc. to join . The police and other repressive bodies are also excluded.
To be coherent, we do not accept workers who are already members of other unions.
