CNT employs Direct Action in its tactics. This means
that the solution to any conflict must be found by those affected by
it without intermediaries. We believe that this way we will learn
about what affects us and by doing so assume responsibilities. Being
an anarcho-syndicalist means making decisions and deciding can be
hard. Making those decisions means running into problems because your
interests – working less, living better – are diametrically
opposed to those of the bosses.
