CNT organizes in the shop with a “Union Section”
which includes all the members of CNT there. If the company might use
repression immediately, the section will be forced to be clandestine.
If the company obeys the laws, the section carries out its work
openly.
All CNT’s sections work through an assembly. It
assigns delegates to act as the comrades’ spokesperson in the company. This spokesperson transmits the union section assembly’s decisions, never his
or her own.
