CNT's Framework

CNT is made up of union sections and industrial and various trades unions, all of them organized by an assembly. These organizations act within companies employing direct action, without intermediaries, and use all kinds of methods to pressure the companies to yield to their demands, never losing sight of our ultimate goal of social transformation.

This union framework is completely different from the rest of union organizations which revolve around union elections and the works council (labor-boss negotiating body).
